Trackday Practice

This morning we took Jake out to the Motocross track to practice. This was his first time riding the track on his new Supermoto wheels and tires.

He did great! As you can see in his picture, he got full air on the tabletop jump.

Way to go Bubba-man!

Jake got his green belt!

Tonight Jake had his graduation at Karate. He is now a green belt! He did great and has been working hard to perfect his form.

One of the highlights of graduation is breaking a board. Every kid gets to try and then bring the board, well it's pieces, home. Here is Jake as he broke his board with an elbow strike.

First Dirt Bike Camping Trip of the Season!

We took our first camping trip of the season this weekend. We had a great time. We had a mixed bag of weather in the short 36 hours we were there. We had beautiful mid-70's to high winds to rain to low-50's!

Jake got to do lots of riding. He especially enjoys riding with Sammie and Tessa. Sammie rides a 50cc quad and Tessa rides a 70cc dirt bike. They are great friends and challenge each other to go faster every time they ride together. That is Sammie in the picture with Jake.

The kids rode from sun-up to sundown. Here is a picture of the beautiful sunset. Those clouds later lead to rain at 2:30 in the morning.

Halloween

Here is Jake in his Halloween costume. He was the scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz.

Jake looked great! He had tons of fun trick-or-treating with his cousin Cooper and some other friends. His pumpkin bucket was filled to the brim!
